Three names, in order
In 1999 the casino opened as the Brantford Charity Casino. It later became OLG Casino Brantford, its second name.
On May 1, 2018, Great Canadian Gaming and Clairvest completed their purchase of OLG's West GTA gaming bundle. The deal ran through the Ontario Gaming West GTA Limited Partnership, owned 55% by Great Canadian and 45% by Clairvest. Effective that day, OLG Casino Brantford became Elements Casino Brantford. Great Canadian took over management of the casino in the same month.
Four West GTA facilities took the Elements name together. Two others appear in this guide: Elements Casino Flamboro at Dundas and Elements Casino Grand River at Elora. The fourth lies outside this guide's area. In Ontario, OLG conducts and manages all casino gaming, while a private operator runs each casino day to day. The AGCO regulates and registers the operators.
The floor as of October 2026
Live table games run Sunday to Thursday from 10 AM to 4 AM. On Friday and Saturday they run from 10 AM to 6 AM. Craps keeps shorter hours, 12 PM to 12 AM daily. The poker room opens Monday to Thursday at 12 PM and Friday to Sunday at 10 AM. It closes at 4 AM every day.
Published table limits start at $5 at the low-limit tables. Blackjack and Spanish 21 start at $25, and baccarat at $50. Those figures are not fixed. Minimums depend on the day's business needs and demand, and opening and closing times can change.
Beyond the tables, the floor has slots, electronic table games, high-limit slots and tables, and a sports betting kiosk. DJ nights run on Fridays and Saturdays. Holiday hours should be checked on the casino's own site.
